HOW DO I ORDER?

To order, you just need to know what size you are and the length of the garment. The drop down menu in each product page lists the size followed by the length, e.g. XS 52. There is also a Customise* option. So if your size or length is not listed, we can customise the garment to your exacting measurements. Visit the Size Guide page for a detailed description

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE SIZE OF MY GARMENT?

You will need to identify your body size according to our Size Guide and then pick the most suitable length.

Traditionally, an abaya (a loose fitting, longline cloak) would fall to the base of the feet/shoe. But if the garment would like to be worn as a shorter jacket, you may select a shorter length. Whichever way you wish to wear our apparel, whether as an open abaya, longline jacket or oversized duster coat, take the measurements (in inches) from shoulders to where the garment should fall using a tape measure.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY EXACT SIZE IN YOUR SIZE GUIDE?

Our garments fit up to size XL (UK size 20-22) and length 58 inches. If you need the length and width of the item customised for your size, select Customise* in the drop-down menu when choosing your size, and then in the comments box at Checkout enter your desired length, your bust and hip measurements (in inches). Measure the fullest part of your bust and hips.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can make a payment directly from your debit or credit card or via PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express card payments.

Any payments you make to us will be processed via a SSL secure connection, which keeps all your details secure.

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

UK Standard delivery is £3.99 and a signature is required on receipt of your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Once dispatched, your order will be with you within 2-3 working days. We will email you when your order has been shipped. Please check each product page for order dispatch times as all items are custom made to order and can take 5-8 working days before they are ready for shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Unless otherwise stated all our pieces are made to order and can take between 5-8 working days (excluding UK bank holidays) before they are ready for dispatch. The specific time frame for each item is indicated on the product listing page.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes we offer international shipping. See the Delivery Information page to check if we ship to your country. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unless otherwise stated, all our garments are made to order. You have the right to cancel the order within 24 hours, after which your custom made piece will go into production. For approved cancellations, payments the have been received will be refunded within 5 working days.

CAN I RETURN THE ITEM I ORDERED?

All our garments are checked very carefully before being dispatched. Due to the nature of our pieces being made to order, exchanges and refunds cannot be offered on our clothing.
