RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours, after which your custom made piece will go into production. No cancellations will be authorised after this time. Any payment received will be refunded within 2 working days.

ORDER AMENDMENTS

The majority of the pieces from The Covered Collection are hand made and customised to your specific size. Please ensure you are happy with the size you have selected by checking the measurements in the Size Guide before hand. If you are providing your length, bust and hip measurements, ensure you have checked for any typos/errors. You have the right to make amendments to the size within 24 hours, after which your custom made piece will go into production. No amendments will be authorised after this time.

RETURNS

All our garments are checked very carefully before being dispatched. Due to the nature of our pieces being made to order, we have a strict no exchange/refund policy on our clothing. Please ensure you are happy with the size you have selected by checking the measurements in the Size Guide. If you have questions about the sizing, please contact us.

We have a limited range of accessory items, which are available for dispatch within 2-3 working days. Only accessory items are covered by the following return policy.

We accept returns within 7 days after receipt of your delivery. Items to be returned must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

To return an item, please email returns@thecoveredcollection.com advising the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. Once we have authorised the return we will email you the returns address for your item(s).

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a tracking delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post. If you have requested an exchange, we will send your exchange item to you at no extra charge (limited to one exchange only).

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). An email notification will be sent once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days to process your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

International customers are informed that The Covered Collection will not refund any charges/taxes incurred when returning items.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
